2. Description of Service

WhoGhost analyzes Instagram data export files to identify accounts that don't follow you back and track unfollowers over time. We do not access your Instagram account directly.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You must be at least 13 years old
• One account per person

4. Premium Subscription

• Free Trial: 3-day free trial for new subscribers
• Billing: Monthly billing
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime, access continues until end of period
• Refunds: Within 7 days of purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious files
• Share your account
• Resell the service
